"Tell a Friend" text under sideboxes?

How can I correct the "Tell a Friend" feature to display like the "Contact Us" form? The Contact Us "form" is centered between the left and right side boxes.

The Tell a Friend "form" however begins after the left sideboxes and continues under the right sideboxes.
