Applying Flat Rate Shipping To One Country Only?

Could someone tell me if it's possible to apply flat rate shipping to one country only?

You would make a Zone for the one country and add it to the Flat Rate flat shipping module ...

Then, you would make another Zone for the Rest of the World and apply that to your other shipping module(s) ...

Now each country will see the proper shipping module as filtered by the Zones you create ...

You can build these one by one or try searching for them or looking at threads that I have made that build Zones for the Rest of the World and would just require minor adjustments ...

I forget off hand where some of those threads are at the moment ...
