Congratulations message issue

Hi, I was trying to change the message like "Congratulations! You've successfully installed..." as stated here: https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/i...hp?article=129 The problem is that in the second instance, where its supposed to display the message in a subcategory I cant see it. I've tried clicking on my categories, and on the products and on subcategories but I cant see this message anywhere. what am I missing?

Go into the online Admin panel -> Tools -> Developers Tool Kit and enter words that you are looking for such as Congratulations. Select the Files to search in from the drop down selector and up above you will see your results.

Up to you to decide which location needs to be modified. Always leave the apostrophes in place ie 'text' can be ' '

because right now I've got the demo store from installation up and when I type in text to display here it doesn't seem to show up anywhere.

After searching with the developers tools it only shows up in the file itself but not on site? any ideas as to why?

If you were to turn on the Categories display on the front page you would be able to see the difference.
