Product sort order dropdown menu on product listing page

Hi,

How do I display the product sort order dropdown menu on product listing page like the one in all listing page and new product page (not alpha sorter)? I couldn't find the switch in the admin. If it's not in the admin, which file do we edit? Please advise. Thanks in advance.

The Product Listing that shows when navigating the Categories is totally separate from the other listings such as:
New Listing
Featured Listing
All Listing

and utilizes a totally different method for sorting by allowing the customer to click on the Titles of the Product Listing to change the display order ...

This would require quite a bit of customization to change it from this method as it is built from the selected fields being displayed in the Product Listing ...
