How do I disable "Page 1, Page 2 and Page 3" from the "Site Menu"?
Cart does not display these on the page but when I click on "Site Map" page they are listed at the bottom.
I do not wish to use these. One place they are shown in is the "Admin>Tools>Define Pages Editor" location.

Admin > Configuration > Define Page Status and set the values for these pages to either 2 or 3 (both will cause them to be turned off in the site map).
