Help needed for numpty newbie...

Hello, I have just had my 1st zen cart installed and am getting my template 'tweaked' but she has asked me for the ZC and FTP keys

My host has replied:

'For ZenCart you can create a new admin user from admin, have a look under the tools menu.' This I think I can manage, but as for this:

'You can create a new FTP account from your hosting control panel, check under email and FTP options.' Where is my Hosting Control Panel ?

For anyone who replies, I need the answer in English please

Your hosting control panel is simply the place where as a customer of your hosting company you log in to access your account. Unfortunately the where varies between hosting companies, but for the bigger ones there's often a customer login button on their home page. For smaller ones you often access it by typing in yourdomain.co.uk/admin or yourdonain.co.uk/cpanel. If these don't work for you, you will need to ask your hosting company how to access it.
