Need help! Is 1.3.8 not compatible with the seo url contribution?

Need help!
I used to have this contribution working perfectly on my 1.3.7 zencart. However, when I was trying to build a new site today with 1.3.8 zencart (not upgrade from the previous one), I could not find the "SEO URL" under configuration menu in admin after I installed everything just I did before. The only thing I did was intalling googlecheckout for 1.3.8 and some template override stuff. I am really confused. Where could it be wrong? Anybody could help? Thanks so much!

That does ring a bell. I didn't do that. But which sql should I run? Sorry, it's been so long since I did my previous installation and could not remember all the details. A search didn't give me what I want. So, could you point me to the right sql file please? Appreciate your help!

Yeah, that's why I'm confused. Since I remember last time I just followed the instructions and everything was fine. But this time, I couldn't find anything about sql in the readme file. That's so weird.

Nevermind! Magically, it worked without me doing anything except restarted the server. Thanks for your help!
