For some reason periodically a customer's download order is showing their download count as 0 immediately after purchase. It seems, at the moment, to be random, but there's got to be a common thread that I'm missing. I've double and triple checked the database to make sure the downloads table is showing the correct maxcount, so that's not the issue. We can update the order to reset the download count and then it works fine. But, sometimes, this issue results in the customer placing a second identical order, thinking that they made a mistake.
Any ideas out there?
By the way this is a 1.3.7 cart.
