Hello,
I have carefully read all the thread, made the proposed changes, but I still get USA as the country from any buyers paying through Paypal Express, when it shouldn't...
Any advices?

I can't believe that so long after this thread was started, I upgraded to 1.3.8a and still got this error - shouldn't this be updated in the download files for Zen by now??!

I was experiencing this issue and scannned this forum but only noted one of the two needed fixes. It took several days of missed transactions before I returned here and found fix#2. Is there anyway we can make it known to others that drop in that two fixes are needed for this file. Or maybe I'm just a solo idiot and its not an issue for others? At the moment I feel dumb for missing fix#2.
