How can I use Flash to display my Featured Products in the home page centerbox?

Hello! I have just put up a new zencart site. This site has "featured products" listed in the center of the home page. I want to place a ADOBE FLASH FILE in this center area of the home page to display the featured products.

My question is....How do I go about doing this?

I have read a lot about how to put flash in the header, but nothing about putting it in the middle area of the home page. The "featured products" area.

Any help will be much appreciated. Thanks.

Zen Cart draws info about featured products that are setup in the admin from the DB and the files reflect this action.

You will lose the ability to control these items from the admin but can hard code the tpl file for featured to not look to the DB and to run a flash file in it's place....Do this in an override file for your template

So I need to use the override option? How exactly do I do this? And how do I make it so the flash file ONLY shows up on the home page? Do you have a step by step way of how I can go about doing this?

No step by step as I have applied this to the featured area...

Search the tutorials/FAQ's in the top nav bar here for "flash" for a starter.

Hello! I read most ALL of the flash threads, but they all talk about putting a flash logo or header. Nothing talks about putting a flash file for the featured items on the home page.

If you know how to do this, can you give me more details. I would really, really appreciate it. Thanks.
