    Default Additional Fees

I want to be able to charge additional fees for design work, but those charges would happen after your initial purchase. Here's what would happen. You'd add a product to your cart (with the image you want on it) and check out. If there is additional design work required, we could charge you the hourly design fee at a later time. Can Zen Cart handle something like this, and how would I set it up? Thanks.

Zen Cart can certainly handle it. You would create a product called (say) one hour's design work and price it at your hourly rate.

But then you'd need to persuade the customers to come back to the site to purchase the appropriate quantity. Which I guess you could do by not releasing products until they do.
