A little help please

Hey there,
First like to say well done to the people who made this. Zencart is great an Im gonna donate as soon as my cart is fully funcitonal.

I only have a couple serious things I need to fix on my cart, then itll be good to go.

1) Shipping
I have various shipping options, and I like the table idea. However I need to charge different shipping amounts to domestic (New Zealand) customers and international customers. Also the shipping is weight dependent. There will be 2 costs for each NZ customers and 2 costs for Internationals. I would like it to be easy to apply like the table format in the shipping module, but automatically detect if they are International or NZ Customers.

2) Payment
There are two ways I will accept payments. 1 - PayPal, 2 - Bank Deposit. If they pay by Bank Deposit they receive a 4% discount. When they click "order" at the end, i takes them to a page with my bank details, and I receive an email of what they ordered and their shipping details.

3) Register Details
There are some details I DO NOT want them to enter... simply because it is unessecary. And i will look neater without them. They are: Company Name, fax number, date of birth section, newsletter section.

4) Not required
Fields I want to keep there, but make them not required are: state province , telephone.

5) Remover the very bottom banner.

If anyone could help me even with some if it, it would be much appreciated. I have had a look throughout the admin part and done what I can. Just need help with theselast few things. Cheers Fellas!

1 use the mzmt shipping ( Multi zone multi table )
2 there is an order total module that you can download for discount for payment type

3 some of these you can turn OFF in the admin configuration -> customers

4 you can make these not required in admin -> configuration -> minimum setings

5 tuen this OFF inthe admin -> configuration -> layout settings should be banner 6

1) I downloaded the 1.101 mzmt zip, not sure what to do with it now. I want to make a zone "international" and one "new zealand", to keep it simple.

2) where can i find such a module?

3) turned some of them off, but still need to remove newsletter section.

4) have made some of them not required... but it dsen't get rid of the asterix's.
