OK, I tried it as in the previous post and it worked OK???
My GoogleBase data is created with EasyPopulate Pro 3.0.3
When I do a manual upload via the GoogleBase Bulk Upload web page all works fine. I have thousands of SKU's from several sites listed on googlebase.
I tried this with a small site - 347 SKU's
When I use the the FTP routine as described by Google and put in PASV mode I get a successful upload, BUT I get a WARNING message (see below)
Here is what I am doing WIN/DOS:
In my command.txt file:ftp -s:command.txt uploads.google.com
I get:usemane
password
quote PASV
put googlebase.txt
It's the bare linefeeds I have a question about. OK? Not OK? should I try a Binary Mode transfer?quote PASV
227 Entering Passive Mode (ip address)
put googlebase.txt
200 PORT command successful.
150 Opening ASCII mode data connection for googlebase.txt.
226-WARNING 348 bare linefeeds received in ASCII mode
File may not have transfered correctly
226 Transfer Complete.
