Side Box Anywhere mod

Hi guys

Anyone know how to add more than one instance of Side Box Anywhere to a website?

If I put two instances on a website, only the first instance displays; the second instance (and the rest of the webpage) doesn't show up at all.

If I put it as the whole domain (ie, http://www.domain.com/zc/single_sidebox.php) as the require, it shows both up but it takes a minute to load the webpage up.

Is there a way of putting two side boxes on a webpage using Side Box Anywhere that makes the webpage load quickly?

I'd also like to know how to do this, specifically displaying several sideboxes on one external page.
