using "online filemanager" in your servage control panel you can easily change the folders to 777 and you will have to do as they're not by default...

... trust me this will only be the start of your problems with servage....

I can't get Zen to send out any emails to customers because all their bloody IPs are blacklisted... and don't start me on the subject of getting SSL from them!

Thanks for your advice and i can only but agree about Servage, but i have learned this after committing to a host package. I am looking at other hosts - any recommendations ?

lol anyone other than Servage, I'm sticking with them at the moment as I've put in too many hours putting the shop together, and don't really want the hassle of moving.

I think the most annoying thing with servage is their support attitude which is always along the lines of "it's not our fault"
