Order Totals and Confimation Emails?

Hello,

My cart does not show the shipping charges added to the total order. It just displays the sub total which includes the shipping but does not line item the shipping.

The "Request Shipping" button works and you can select shipping option button on check out.

Also in the Order Confirmation Email that the customer receives, the shipping is not line itemed either. Just the total of the products purchased with the grand total which includes shipping charges but you need to do the math to figure out what the shipping charges were.

Any thoughts?

Check in the Modules ... Order Totals ... do you have Shipping ot_shipping installed?

Are all of the modules utlizing a unique sort order?
