Background not working in IE6

Upgraded to 1.3.8a from 1.3.7 things went well this time :)

BUT the background looks fine in all the other browsers that I have except IE6 which of course most other people have.

The top portion on all the pages is bleeding through the navy background instead of showing white at www.themagicneedle.com/store/ was right at www.themagicneedle.com/cart/ -- the store address is the new one.

The only difference that I can see is the font size in IE6 is much bigger.
