I am getting an error on the second screen says:
ATTENTION: Problems Found CURL requires SSL support. Please notify webmaster or hosting company. 7 => more info...
CURL problems detected: 56 => Received error code 403 from proxy more info...
I don't understand that part. I got the ssl install on the server what else does it need.

Just as the message says, it means that your server's CURL configuration doesn't support SSL ... which means that you need to talk to your hosting company to fix the problem ... Clicking on the "more info" link will also give you some more information.

And ... while you may have an SSL certificate for your domain, it has nothing to do with your server's CURL configuration. CURL is used to talk to external servers for payment/shipping quote processing etc..

Does that happen to be a GoDaddy reseller?
If so, after you've completed installation, you'll have to enable a CURL proxy in order to use CURL for secure communications. http://www.zen-cart.com/forum/showthread.php?t=61528.
