Hi all,
I have a problem with orders paid for by PayPal eCheque. Even after the payment has cleared, the orders do not appear in the Zen Cart admin. Normal PayPal payments go through fine.
The last installation of Zen Cart that I made was 1.3.7. I have installed the files in the 1.3.7.1 patch as well. PDT is enabled, but as I say, the problem lies in eCheques not being accepted, not with normal transactions.
I have turned logging on, and can try and get some logs if anyone would be good enough to help me. Has anybody any idea how to fix this problem? Will the "lost" orders ever come through?
