Free Shipping for Specific Items?

I've created a coupon that is only valid for a specific category to cover the issue right now. But it's not exactly what my client is looking for.

Currently, he has flat rate shipping ($5) on all items, but he want to do free shipping for all of the items, that happen to be all in one category.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. I did a forum search and looked through my Zen Cart book, but I could not find anything specific to this issue. Granted, I only looked for about 25 minutes...

You could mark the Products with Free Shipping as:
Always Free Shipping YES

and then install the Free Shipping freeshipper shipping module so when only items that are Free Shipping are in the cart allow you through the checkout_shipping with only the Free Shipping freeshipper ...
