Need custom attribute

I need to set up a custom attribute ( I think it will be an attribute)for one of my items. Here is my test site: http://mistkits.com/cart .
Here is my dillema...When someone buys the Complete Misting Kit, I need them to supply some information before checkout is complete.
I need them to supply the following:

1.Time Zone (Newfoundland,Atlantic,Eastern,Central,Mountain,Pacific)
2.On time (this could be 6,6:30,7,7:30,8,8:30,9 AM)
3.Off time (this could be 6,6:30,7,7:30,8,8:30,9 PM)
4.Duration (in seconds) of mist (this could be 5, 6,7,8,9,10)
5.Amount of time (in minutes) between mist (this could be 7,8,9,10,11,12,13,14,15)
6.Other (any other info they want to give)

Is there a simple way to do this?

Ok, after many long nights, I finally figured out how to do this. It is actually pretty simple once you find a tutorial to help. Here is the tutorial I used: https://www.zen-cart.com/tutorials/index.php?article=57As a new Zenner, I was confused with all the attribute choices, but the ones supplied with the cart didn't do what I needed. Then I followed the tutorial and realized I didn't really need ANY of the supplied attributes, so I uncluttered my screen and narrowed my choices by deleting the ones that are not relevant to my products.

Just thought I would pass this along.
