I have just moved server from one hosting provider to another. I completed a full cpanel backup and it was installed on the new host system but now all I see is a zencart page:

This is your first time using Zen Cart™ and you haven't yet completed the normal Installation procedure.
If this is the case for you, you will need to upload the "zc_install" folder using your FTP program, and then run zc_install/index.php via your browser (or reload this page to see a link to it).


Your /includes/configure.php and/or /admin/includes/configure.php file contains invalid path information and/or invalid database-connection information.
If you recently edited your configure.php files for any reason, or maybe moved your site to a different folder or different server, then you'll need to review and update all your settings to the correct values for your server.

Did you update your configure.php files for your new site?
/includes/configure.php
/admin/includes/configure.php

for the URLs, paths, database name, username, password and server?

I changed all the setting in the configure.php files and now the url shows:
http://electronic-web.com/nddbc.html

what does this mean?

I dont know what you mean by this all I have done is moved my cpanel backup to a new host they installed it for me I then edited the configure.php files with the new dtatbse name password etc and got the following url:

http://electronic-web.com/nddbc.html

can anyone else see my site www.electronic-web.com ? how do I fix this please as I'm not very good at ammending database setting etc within php admin?

your site looks fine to me,

fix the permissions on the config file set to 644 or 444 if running php as cgi
