Hello and a problem with additional images

Hi everyone, I'm Sabrina from Italy. Started to use zencart a few weeks ago, I'm slowly working my way through all the issues I have.
There is one thing I don't understand.
I'm using v 137 (I'm waiting for the italian team to localize v138) and chose the Cherry Zen template.
I prepared the product images as written in the tutorial and the additional images (thumbnails) appear correctly at the bottom of the product info page. But when I click on the thumbnail to make it larger a new window opens, displaying the whole page but with no contents and with no images.
I'm using the default images visualization in zencart, no contribution. I checked all the images name (which are properly loaded in the three folders), but I'm lost. I read this and the italian forum, but no one seem to have the same problem.
Maybe it's just something simple my eyes refuse to see...

additional image name set

Thank you, here are the names:
base image: cil1.jpg - cil1_MED.jpg - cil1_LRG.jpg
additional image: cil1_01.jpg - cil1_01_MED.jpg - cil1_01_LRG.jpg

Unfortunately no, I'm working locally (I already have one site up).
I found some errors in the page, the ones you see with a little yellow triangle in left bottom corner of IE. I checked and there was something referring to zen_lightbox, which I didn't have installed, I searched and found some zen_lightbox file. Deleted them and the page nows displays with no errors and I though the zoom of additional thumbnails could wor, but the problem is still there.
I'm attaching a pci of the page, if you look at the bottom bar of IE you can see what is the URL that zencart will try to open, wich differs from the URL of the zoom on the main image.. sorry I can't be more clear!
I'll add here the two URLs of the zoom window:
