Changing page/file names???????

I would like to change the way the files or pages are listed on my site.
When you click on certain pages...any page, there is a very long title in the web browser. I want it to state what page they are on.

Basically, if on my site: http://[URL="http://www.personalized2perfection.net"]personalized2perfection.net[/URL] and you click on just for kids, I want it to be http://[URL="http://www.personalized2perfection.net/justforkids"]personalized2perfection.net/justforkids[/URL]

and not : http://personalized2perfection.net/i...index&cPath=61

How can I do this? Is there an easy way?

"Easy"? I doubt it. But look at one of the SEO contributions, which are designed to do that kind of thing.

Sorry, but I have no idea what you just wrote. I have the book, but very lost. Step by step would really help.

SEO = search engine optimization.

This is an advanced recoding technique which will not be covered in the owner/operator manual. Search on SEO for threads discussing it, and the support threads for two mods (Chemo's Ultimate SEO and Tim Kroeger's SEFU).

I read the instructions but am not sure where to find these sections so that I can replace the codes. THe way I understood it is if I replace the coding with that they are stating that it will upload itself and change everything on its own..?

What do I do after I download this?
Sorry but I had hired someone to put my site together...make it live. I got the book and put all the products and pages in myself...but I have no idea how to do anything outside of that.
