Log off button missing on checkout successfull page

Hi,

The 'Log off' button on my 'checkout successfull' page is missing (only the red cross is visible). I have made sure the .gif image is located in includes\templates\template_default\buttons\english and I tested it using the original tpl_shopping_cart_default.php file and still the image is missing !! anybody have any ideas whats going on?? any help is appreciated, my site is here: usconverters.com

On your checkout_success page, click the browser's View menu, and choose View Page Source. Paste that here.

You'll notice that the image filename isn't likely what you expected:

It usually looks like this:
define('BUTTON_IMAGE_LOG_OFF', 'button_logoff.gif');

Check your custom version of the file:
/includes/languages/english/classic/button_names.php
or the original:
/includes/languages/english/button_names.php

You might be missing other components of the file as well, since that particular definition is right in the middle of the file.
Perhaps your version of that file came from an older version of Zen Cart, or from a template designed for an older version, etc.

Great! Thanks a lot! By unknown reasons

define('BUTTON_IMAGE_LOG_OFF', 'button_logoff.gif');

was un-commented in

/includes/languages/english/classic/button_names.php

this is crazy... mine was commented out as well.

Installed a few weeks ago and using the Wallet theme.
