Cumulative / Multiple Shipping Rates

I am wondering if there is a way to have a one Flat Rate for the first product and and separate rate for each additional items. For instance:

Item #1 - $6.95
Item #2 - $1.00
Item #3 - $1.00
Item #4 - $1.00

Also I have one item that requires $9.95 shipping.

Is there a module out there or a method of doing this?

These items are DVD's BTW.

5.95 Handling and 1.00 per item is:
$6.95 for item 1 and $1.00 for each additional product ...

For that one product you could test if the product is in the cart and the quantity and add that separately to the cost ...
