hi. I still cant seem to figure out how to get rid of the gift certificate FAQ link.
I have manage to get rid of the rest of the links but not this one.
Does anyone have any sugguestions?

If you're not using Gift Certificates, you can disable the module in Admin->Modules->Order Total->Gift Certificates->Remove.
Doing that will also remove the FAQ link from the sidebox..
