Account Required Fields - Spaces shouldn't count

If a field is required then a blank space should not be counted as part of the number of characters required. You can enter all spaces and it will be accepted... i.e. phone number

Some how the telephone numbers of customers are disappearing.... On the order no telephone number is there.... but it is a required field... any idea of what might be happening? Also not in the customer information...

It appears Paypal Express Checkout is the culprit.

You only get a phone number from PayPal when your PayPal account is set up to require a telephone number from your customers, or if your customer checks the checkbox to share their telephone number with you.
