Keep getting this error: Cannot Modify Header Information

Hi,
After I create a new category sometimes I get the error below when I try to add a new product:

"Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/f/i/s/fisho/html/ZenCart/includes/languages/english/index.php:118) in /home/content/f/i/s/fisho/html/ZenCart/includes/functions/functions_general.php on line 44"

I have all the settings the same as other products that work fine but for the life of me I can't figure this out.
