I have 2 product lines in our store that cannot be sold via the internet. we would like to have the products show up online as a catalog only page with prices. Is there a way to do this ?

The Document Products is a Product Type that can work just like a Product but does not allow for the Product to be purchased ...

Another method is the Call for Price where the customer is directed to the Contact Us vs the Add to Cart ... and again this cannot be purchased ...

You could customize that feature further to have the image be something like:
In Store Only

Or what have you ...
