Sale Items Under Wrong Discounts

I've looked and looked. I can't figure this out.

I have various issues like this.

I have a lot of different sales catagories, i.e.
40% off
30% off
20% off, etc.

So, I go into my 40% category to make sure everything in there is 40% off. But I'm finding stuff in there that is 60% off.

I check the "Product Master Category:" and it's saying it's in the 60% category, but it's still showing up in the 40% category.

What's happening is you have the product in both the 40% and 60% categories ... so the linked products are using the wrong value due to a little ... umm ... er ... bug ...
