Create a new left side box

I have looked all over to find a way to create a left side box.
I have tried to create an EZ box, but only in the right side and not able to name the header myself.

So I want to
- create a left side box
- name the header bar
- create some links inside the box
- the content of the links must be shown in the middle
- the pages must be able to accept HTML code and also formmail fields.

Anyone who can give me a guidance?

Check the Downloads section using 'sidebox' as your Search word.

Sidebox Anywhere or Blank Sidebox should suit your needs.

should have everything you need. worked for me. some simple tips, name your sidebox one world and make sure everywhere int he examples you see the _new_sidebox be sure to change to _yourcustom_sidebox

also remember to save in your custom override folder.

--the _yourcustom_sidebox_defines allows you to change the sidebox heading.

make sure your html is contained between
$content = ' YOUR HTML HERE '


finally, in the admin>tools>sidebox controller you'll now see you new box listed with the others and you can activate the location controls. good luck;-)
