Need Help

Orders are being processed by my processor but nothing being sent to Zen. No emails sent or anything showing in database.
When customer hits final submit on order check out, they are sent back to homepage and have to login again.
So money is going to our processor, but Zen is not seeing it..

What should I do?

Has the module ever worked properly? What payment method are you using?

Yes it worked fine for nearly a month. I am using Autorize.net SIM.
The charges for the orders are going through and showing up in the Authorize Cpanel, but nothing happpening in Zen...No confimation emails or actual admin area.

Zen Cart 1.3.7.1

Database Patch Level: 1.3.7


The only recent change/addition was a blank sidebox
