A bug..or...??

I did another 'test' order, and my cart let me go thru an order without a colore and size specified. What did I do wrong? Or is it a bug?

Do you have defaults set on your attributes or do you think the customer will remember to select something before adding the product to the cart?

Are you using Radiobuttons or Dropdowns for your attributes?

using check boxes and they are all set as 'required'

The problem is the checkboxes - try a dropdown or radio buttons.

thanks, I tried the radios, that didn't work, I tried drop down and that does work only that it puts the small size in because thats first on the size list and the first color on the list. If they don't chose the correct size and color, I'd be hit with a very unhappy customer.

sigh...I don't like that setup either

It should check and verify before checkout that the correct color,size---radio buttons or check boxs that are posted are checked.

That's what the "Display Only" choice is for when adding an attribute to a product.

I typed in the color and the size and get errors...I then selected them with the radio buttons...more errorr....back to the drawing board

Can you post a link to your site? Seeing the problem live will make it much easier to advise accurate corrective action.

thanks, I took everything off last night so the errors won't show....right now, I need to get going to work--I'll try again tonight if I'm not too tired. Read the destructions 'again' If that don't work, I'll post the link with the errors
