Picture Not showing up

Hello Everyone.....Im trying to put a picture in the home main page but its not showing up what im doing wrong...Here is the link www.mislady.com and this is the code i put .

You dont have the image copied at the right location
See thsi link should work if the image is copied at right location

Thanks for answering.....The picture im going to post is in the images file and im using this template C_AthemeV1.3 what would be the correct path from the code i already used.

Never Mind i got it...i was missing an (s) in the path ,i had (template) instead of (templates) now it works.

If i want to add more small picture as a categories directory for each type of products with a link for instance babydoll picture with a link to take you to babydoll catagory .Can i do it in the mainpage or css about six pictures under the main page picture.

would this code work :

Do I add these code anywhere in the define main page (i usulay put it in the bottom that way i always know where it is in case something changed i can remove it) or i have to go to css file and where i can add it in there
