Default Tools> Layout Box Controller troubles

    Hello,

I added the mods for the more_information and information sideboxes. I was creating anew custom template and renamed these to xxxxx.php.bak.

After I did this the admin control added these ".bak" sideboxes to my "Culum Boxes" admin section.

I have since deleted the xxxx.php.bak files from my template but now I have bright red lines in my admin saying that the files are missing and it will not let me delete the Box File Name from my admin panel.

When I click on the "Delete box name: more_information.php.bak" button this is what I get:

    """Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /cart/admin/layout_controller.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Any suggestions would be appreciated as I would like to keep everything clean.

    HI folks,

I'm seeing the same thing. I renamed a custom file in my template directory under sideboxes, and then saw the module get added to the "boxes" list. I decided to pull it down (as a backup) and then blow it away on my server. I'm now getting the same message when trying to remove the line from the admin. Any suggestions (besides putting the file back . . .) Thanks!

Sideboxes are automatically added to the layout_boxes table ...

Boxes that are removed or missing show highlighted in red ...

If you click on the line you will see the EDIT button and at the bottom of the same panel you will see a DELETE button ...

    Thanks for the reply.

Yes, you are correct. I do see the Delete button. However, when I click on it I get this:

    Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /cart/adminxxx/layout_controller.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
