Exporting Customer Info for MailChimp

I'm sure there is a simple way to do this, but I can't find it. How can I export my customer list and information to a Excel spreadsheet? I want to use it to create a local database on my computer and of course with MailChimp.
- Maybe there is a more efficient way to do this?

Just thought you'd want to know that you don't have to go through great pains to export *directly* to Excel before importing into MailChimp.

If you can export to CSV or any kind of "delimited" .TXT file from Zen Cart, that file can usually be opened in Microsoft Excel perfectly fine. It'll all be sorted into columns nice and neat. Excel is one program Microsoft seems to have done right. :-P

After you open that file in Excel, you may need to rearrange certain columns in order to make them match the MailChimp database.
