Hello,

I'm new to Zen Cart, but am getting through most of my 'problems'. I do, however, have one that is still puzzling me:

My website is:

http://www.justforbrass.com

It is a template, which has been modified for my usage. I am pretty good with the user admin, and all of my weights are correct with my products. Everything works great, except two things.

Most of the products that I sell are small, meaning that I can use flat-rate envelopes. Now, a few of my products are larger (but still under 4 lbs.) and won't fit in a flat-rate envelope. The problem is that this option still shows up as an option when they go to checkout. Here is an example of a product that is light, but not small enough for a flat-rate envelope:

Now, another problem that I am having is also related to shipping. I sell a few products that are extremely light (more than 4 lbs, so that is not the problem here) but large. Here is a url:

They are leather bags for instruments. These are 9 lbs, but have to be shipped in an oversized capacity. Shipping internationally is not a problem, the rate is the same as long as it's under 84 inches (length x girth), but domestic is a problem. For example, someone purchased this product from Wyoming (I ship from Phoenix) and they paid like $19 for priority shipping. Now, if the box was 12x12x12 then that would be the right price, but the box is oversized - thus the charges were closer to $30. Is there a way to let the postage calculator know that this product has to be in a oversized capacity?

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

All the best,

Pat Stuckemeyer
