Adding More Links to the top?

Hi, I already managed to change the home link at the top to point to a different direction and added another link called Shopping Home, but now i want to add more links at the top and for the life of me i can't remember what files i changed before. I though i did (header.php and tpl_header.php) but when i changed those 2 files nothing happens!
HELP?

I followed the tutorial to the T and I could not get the links to show - is there something I may be missing here?

i did the same thing and nothing is happening for me too..

It's weird, but i just noticed that the link i added shows only if i'm logged in to an account, i'f i'm not doesn't show, so i'm wondering if i edited the wrong header.php?
i wanted to show all the time
