Contact Form

Hello,

I am having an issue with my contact us form. It says that my messages are successfully sent, but I am not receiving them. The messages are going to an email account hosted by hostmonster. I have checked my junk mail and made sure nothing is being filtered. I am receiving messages sent from my own Mac Mail application on my computer and I am able to send messages out, but I'm just not getting them from my contact form.

• I am using version 1.3.8a
• The most recent upgrade that I did was for the USPS shipping module.
• No addons installed.
• Just CSS and a few small template overrides.
• No display problems.
• My hosting company is hostmonster.
• I have looked in the FAQ area for answers.
• I have searched the forum for answers (very surprised that I couldn't find anything on issues with the contact form).

What method for sending do you have enaqbled?

admin > config > email options > transport methid

Windoze ?
Linux ?

Host Monster uses Linux. I will try Qmail.

Tried both sendmail and qmail. Still no go.

Use php mail setting.

I got it. It was smtp. The port number was wrong and the send emails was set to false. It works now, thanks for your help!
