Is there functionality whereby the purchaser must check a box agreeing to customizable set of "terms and conditions" for the sale of an individual item, where failure to check the box would lock them out from purchasing the item?

In other words, can we define unique Ts&Cs per product ... Ts&Cs that are enforced via a checkbox (or some other mechanism)?
