My EZ Pages don't work

Hi there,

First of all, do not beat me for the question.. I was using search within the forum and in google and couldn't find the answer.

I can't understand one thing, how to make EZ PAGES to show on sidebox either left or right.

I create a sample EZ PAGE with the content within. As I understand how it should work - it should show the link on the left or right sidebox (or in the header or footer if it's status is active) - with the link to the EZ PAGE. If I am mistaken - please correct me.

I go to Configuration -> EZ pages settings -> EZ-Pages Display Status - Sidebox 1 is switched on.
Then I go to Tools -> Layout boxes controller and switch the sideboxes/ezpages.php ON LEFT. and it won't show.

Could you give me a quick quote how to fix that? Or maybe I do not understand correctly how it should work at first place...

When you made your EZPage in Admin/Tools, did you give it a sort order?
Order (Sort) 0 means off.

Thanks for the quote, it was set to "0", i've changed it - nothing happened... here is a screenshot

I can send you admin pass if you had time to take a look...it's just a testing phase before building a real thing in three weeks.

Give sort order numbers to all the sideboxes you've got turned on and see if that helps. Assign a different number to each one (the lowest one will be displayed "first). Take a look at the Fan Odyssey site in my sig. The pages under "past events" are all EZ-pages. The boxes are numbered 10 (categories), 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 and 90 (EZ-pages).

You need a sort order on it also where it was created in Admin/Tools/EZPages.

Thank you so much, you guys! Just got started with Zen Cart myself, and was almost ready to post the same issue myself. This thread finally got my ezpages sidebox to show!
