Luke, what version of Zen Cart?
How are your taxes configured? (rates, tax-included vs not, basis of tax, etc)
And, yes, the emails would help. Although it'd be easier to zip up the log files from your server than to copy and paste several emails.

Hi DrByte,
Firstly it was working fine until I upgraded to 1.3.8a I didnt change the tax setup. however it is set to 10% on goods within Australia and 0 for the rest of the world. I will attach the log file for you as well.

Seems to be related to the Display Prices With Tax switch being set to true.

One of our clients is having the same problem and that setting is switched to false.Dr Byte thanks for getting back to me do you know how I can fix this issue? Do I need to display my goods without tax.

It has been working fine for weeks now, until today. I get the 10413 error again and haven't changed anyhting over the last few weeks.
