Adding Menu Link + EZ-Page

Not sure how to do this - can anybody help?

I have No.s 2 / 3 / 4 pages blank and I'd like to set page 2 up as a NEWS page and create a News link from the main navigation bar.

Can I also remove or disable the pages that are not in use (3 and 4)?

Yes, go to Admin-> Configuration -> Define Pages Status, and set Define Pages 3 and 4 to '3' to disable them.

to change the name of Page 2 in the navigation bar, open up includes/languages/english/page_2.php
Adjust the text accordingly.

As far as getting it into the Header Navigation Bar, that looks like an addon that you downloaded for the shopping cart. If you give me the name of the download, I might be able to point you in the right direction.
