Getting paypal to go directly to credit info page.

I was on another site that used PayPal Express Checkout that sent me directly to the page where you have the option to "Enter Credit Card Info" or "Enter Paypal Info". My page goes to the "Enter Paypal Info" page.... and you have to click the "continue" link on the left hand side to enter your credit info. Is there any way I can change what page my site directs to???

Tell your browser to empty its cookies and cache.
If you've logged into PayPal, it sets a cookie to remember that you have an account. If you don't have that cookie set, you'll see both sections of the screen, just as your customers would.
