Simple newbie question.

I have the ZC pretty much done, however, I have set up the ZC in the local machine since the host I have provide the ZC already. Everything is working fine but the question is this: If I want to do all the products/categories/images in the local computer and then upload the list to the ZC in the host server, which are the files I need to move?

Im sure the answer is somewhere, I just can't find it .

PS I read that once you finish editing the files you can just upload the whole files to the host but I would like to know which are the specific files for the products/categories.

Products and categories are your database. You'll have to import the database to your "live" database if you used a local machine database. I'm sure someone who's actually done it can give you more advice. I do all my dev "live" in a sandbox directory so I don't have to do db import/exports.
