Orders not appearing at the list

Hi,
after orders being checked out they don't show up in the list. Also when I look it up at a member's list of oders, there are no new orders. When I have a look into the database they are there! I tried to find some conspicuities but the entries look all the same.
What can be the reason here?

What version(s) has it been upgraded from?
What addons/contributions are installed?
What kinds of customizations have you done to the code?
Which payment modules are being used, esp for the orders that aren't appearing correctly?
Does this happen with "all" orders, or just some?
How long has it been happening?
Do the orders show up in the customer's My Account history?
What's the URL?

since i removed the paypal payment module and set up the zones shipping.

Do the orders show up in the customer's My Account history?
no, they don't

Could you peek in the Modules ... Order Totals ... and make sure that Total ot_total is installed ...

How can I do this? And what should that do?

Go to your Zen Cart Admin ...

Go to the Menu and you will see Modules ...

Go to the Order Total ...

Look at the list of Order Total modules ...

Click on Total ot_total ...

Is it installed?

Does it have the same Sort Order as another Order Total module?
