How do I change Model #?

Hey everyone!

Quick question...I'm wanting to change my entire website so that every place that shows "Model" will instead read "Item". This will yield the following display:

Item: NS0738

instead of:

Model: NS0738

All text output is defined in language files, so you can use the Developers Toolkit in admin > Tools to search for "Model" or "Model:". Paste it in the upper left box, select all files and search. Among the results will be the file(s) and line numbers where the text is defined.
