1.3.7 to 1.3.8a Upgrade error

Hi,

I have stock install of 1.3.7 with only a template mod. I get the following error when trying to upgrade.

1062 Duplicate entry 'Customers who have never completed a purchase' for key 2
in:

Does this make sense to anyone? Also now in my admin it shows I have version 1.3.7/1.3.8 even though the upgrade did not start.
