Showing Checkout Success page without making an order

I'm doing some debuging with Adwords conversion tracking and am tired of making a dummy order to show the page every time. Is there a way to show the Checkout Successful page without placing an order?

No - you'll need an order if you want it to work.
Perhaps install the check/moneyorder payment module to make it simple to do test orders.
